I Have A Doctor's Report And It States: Right Kidney.

I have a doctor's report and it states: Right kidney. Parenchymal is limited, however, there appears to be decreased corticomedullary differentiation and thinning of cortices in the upper and lower poles. Left Kidney: There is diffuse cortical thinning and decreased corticomedullary differentiation. There is mild pelviectasis. Bladder: Urinary bladder margins are lobulated and irregular. Right and left jets were not seen.
Impression:
1. Mild left hydronephrosis / pelviectasis.
2. Sequela of chronic medical renal disease and likely neurogenic bladder.
