I Have A Dropped Right Foot, Since November 2014 I

I have a dropped right foot, since november 2014 I had a discectomy in April , I kept keeling over on my right foot it became dropped becaiuse of this . The discetomy is not a success my foot is still dropped and I have lost mobility in both legs and falling quite often, I have pins and needl3es in my right hand on top and can only walk a short distance using two stick and my legs give way ? could you suggest a diagnosis please and how much will this be?
