I Have A Drug Test In About A Week Or

I have a drug test in about a week or maybe 2. I have smoke a gram every two days for a bout a year i stopped smoking about 3-4 weeks ago. I am about 175 with a pretty high metabolism. Will I pass this test if not what should I be doing. I have quit smoking and don't plan on ever doing it again.
