I Have A Dry Cough, Wheezing, Dry Sinuses, Affecting My

I have a dry cough, wheezing, dry sinuses, affecting my ears. I took a 12Hr Mussinex at 7:30AM Coughing up clear, if it makes sense my ears feel sort of itchy, I also used Flonase at 8:00AM, I am not do to take my allergy pill yet, but nothing so far is helping and the wheezing is upsetting to me. PLEASE HELP ME
