I Have A Dull Ache In My Stomach. Lower Left

I have a dull ache in my stomach. lower left side. Not that painful feels like i've been
winded or hit in the testicles. Ive had it about 7 weeks.
I Sometimes get a slight pain behind my ribs above.
Urine and stools seem fine, I get a sickness feeling occasionally and pass wind
more often than i used to. I also a a slight pain in my back, left side half way up but suffer from back trouble so that might be to do with that.
