I Have A Dull Ache On The Right Underside Of

I have a dull ache on the right underside of my penis shaft under the head. It seems to be triggered by masterbation or ejeculaion. It can linger for days or weeks if I do not lay off my penis. I probably masterbate now once maybe twice a week.

I also had chlamydia 4 months ago, which was promptly treated. My urethra still does not feel the same and there is general soreness if I ejeculate more than once a day.

I've had all STD tests show negative since. 2 urinary cultures show normal signs. I've seen many urgent care physicians, 2 urologists, and my PCP who all seem to think my nerves may be settling down from the chalmydia. However this seems way too long for that. I've taken 2 week long rounds of doxy and several other antibiotics. No outbreaks or physical changes.

This is really starting to ruin my life. I'm afraid it will never get better.
