I Have A Dull Aching Pain In My Right Lower

I have a dull aching pain in my right lower abdomen. Not running a fever yet, but have had moderate bouts of diahrrea and constipation. Area is a little rigid when I press on it. Feeling like I have a little indigestion. It hurts worse when I cough.
