I Have A Dull But Continuous Pain In The Right

I have a dull but continuous pain in the right testicle and in the bottom right of abdomen. the pain in only when I sit on bend down. I can walk and climb stairs without any pain feeling. sometimes the pain just vanishes. bowel movement is quite disturbed with lot of gas passing
