I Have A Dull, Off And On, Ache In My

I have a dull, off and on, ache in my back, which seems to be spreading around my side to my front. The pain is not intense. Probably a 1 or 2 on a scale of 10. It feels sort of like minor pin pricks. It's not a big deal, but it doesn't seem to be going away. It may be related to a diagnosis of a "frayed nerve" at the top of my spine.
