I Have A Dull Pain In Front Right Upper Side

I have a dull pain in front right upper side chest thru to right side of back. Feels like my rib or vertebrae is out of place in my back which I thought might be causing me disconfort,no shortness of breathe,feel fine otherwise.. Pleurisy,pneumon ? 3 open heart surgeries as a child,last one was 7-2-1970 I was 10.
