I Have A Dull Pain In My Upper Back All

I have a dull pain in my upper back all the way to front under breast left side. I have a metallic taste. I'm very dizzy and feel weak. I just started a couple weeks ago lisinopril 10 mg and a dietetic HHC something 12 mg and gabapentin 300 mg 3 times a day. My question is ; is this feeling from the new meds ?
