I Have A Elevated TPO Of 5300 And A Tsh

I have a elevated TPO of 5300 and a Tsh that is low at 0.344 range 0.350-5 I have symptoms of fatigue, very sore knee's sometime hard to walk, some vision fuzziness. I am not sure if this is related but I have also had a trace of blood in my urine test for years. (Hysterectomy 2008 left Ovaries in) I am being referred to endocrinologist and maybe a rheumatologist any advise. Grave's Hashimoto's disease?
