I Have A Extra Skin On My Anus, I'm A

I have a extra skin on my anus, I'm a 16 year old girl and I've had it since sophomore year I believe and now I'm a junior still with it and it causes me no pain whatsoever but at a few points it did, I had some bleeding and pain but that was all gone and hasn't happen since. What do I have? I'm very confused and I want it removed but without any surgery or anything I'm too embarrassed to actually go to a doctor because I don't want to face anything bad.
