I Have A Extremely Bad Head Ache And I Have

I have a extremely bad head ache and I have had 3 nose bleeds (around 5 min of bleeding ) I also have toothache in my left side of my mouth by my wisdom tooth the pain scale of my heada he is 9 out of 10, i know this rating is high but its true I have even broken bones that have not been this bad what's wrong with me
