I Have A Fairly Sudden (over The Last 2 Days)

I have a fairly sudden (over the last 2 days) sore and tender to touch bridge of nose and down the sides, red and appears slightly swollen? Like I have been hit but I haven't. I have had a severe head cold for two weeks now and been using optrivine drops???
