I Have A Family Member Who Was Sent Home From

I have a family member who was sent home from the hospital. They said they can not do anything for him. His body is weak, shaking, his heart is in congestional failure . He has yellow coming out of his pores everywhere, he is very yellow& his nail bits are yellow.. All the doctor said was to get signed up for Hospice.
