I Have A Fat, Puffy Elbow. Doesn't Hurt, And Is

I have a fat, puffy elbow. Doesn't hurt, and is not hard, not inflammed. I knit and crochet alot. One day I saw what appeared to be a pouch on my right elbow. I have placed an ice pack on it, but it did not make any difference Wondering if I should see my primary care physician. Is this something you have seen or heard of before.
