I Have A Feeling In My Pee Hole. It's Strange

I have a feeling in my pee hole. It's strange to explain. It hurts pretty bad but it has another sensation I can't explain. This is the 4th time since the middle of August that I've had an antibiotic and been told it's a UTI. I JUST READ IT COULD BE CYSTITIS? what is your opinion
