I Have A Feeling Like There Is Something Stuck In

I have a feeling like there is something stuck in my upper abdomen. Not pain but more like a strained sensation I saw allowed something hot temperature wise about 12 hours ago. Could this have caused the feeling I a,m having. It has improved slightly.
