I Have A Feeling Of Having Hair In My Mouth

I have a feeling of having hair in my mouth and my tongue is slightly white at the back. The little bumps on the tongue and at the back of my mouth are rough. Sometimes its better other days its very anoying. Is it some sort of vitamin dificiency or alergy or something else?
