I Have A Feeling Of Ice Water Flowing Through My

I have a feeling of ice water flowing through my body. This began 3 days ago.

I have had COPD for many years, severe so on oxygen, 9 mos. ago put on beta blocker as I now also have congestive heart failure.

Any connection & why suddenly.

Have had 2 surgeries in Dec. for broken leg & pain pills which I stopped taking right before ice water feeling began.
