I Have A Feeling Of Something In My Throat (like

I have a feeling of something in my throat (like a knot) especially when swallowing. I have had a cat scan on my sinuses and throat and an upper endoscopy...all checking out ok. the next step was a type of test that has something to do with testing my swallowing mechanism??? Any idea what this is and is it something I need to do?
