I Have A Fever, I'm Getting Chills, I Have A

I have a fever, I'm getting chills, I have a red slightly raise rash on half my arms, my back, and my chest. And the same rash is on my cheeks and ears. It gets worse at night. And my throat feels swollen and it hurts to swallow. The back of my throat has these yellowish and white spots. And the rash is dry and hot to the touch.
