I Have A Fever Of 99.4 And Have Been Having

I have a fever of 99.4 and have been having right lower flank pain for about a month. It is getting more intense. From dull cramping/ache to aching and burning now. It hurts to sit and lay on it. I have Crohns, but not having a flare. I just had an ultrasound on my kidneys last week, no results, yet. No burning or trouble urinating.
