I Have A Few Different Symptoms And I Am Unsure

I have a few different symptoms and I am unsure what type of doctor I should seek to make an appointment with. I have numbness in my hands and burning. I also have some sharp pain behind my eye then black out vision. Lastly, I have a torn rotator cuff. What doctors would I see for these issues? Thanks
