I Have A Few Questions.. Recentently Was Diagnosed With Heterogeneous

I have a few questions.. recentently was diagnosed with heterogeneous myometrium with out descrete mass suggestive of adenomyosis. Q1: what does that mean? Q2: can this be the cause of why my period is 2 weeks and counting late?? Q3: what's the likely hood I'm still able to get pregnant w a diagnosis like this? Could I potentially be pregnant now?
