I Have A Few Small Lumps Around My Belly Button.

I have a few small lumps around my belly button. They feel like marbles and they move around when I touch them. I get sharp shooting pains and I can't even lay on my stomach without it hurting. What could this be? I would say lipoma but it's too painful to be that.
