I Have A Few Symptoms I Would Like To Know

I have a few symptoms I would like to know a little more about:
it is very random no method to the madness, but increasingly intense and frequent!
-dizziness
-shortness of breathe
-rapid irregular heart beat
-numbness on right side of the face
-vision issues in that eye (blurred)
-blistering RED neck and ear
-pale face

Very distinctive color difference in my neck and ear verses my face at the time of symptoms but not normally that way on a day to day!

Thanks I know this isn't to be taken as a diagnosis but assistance would help as I have two small kids and a little scared.
