I Have A Few Things Wrong Oops !! I Get

I have a few things wrong oops !! I get heavy xxhest , lump in the back of my throat and a total loss of energy which last from 2-5 mins also I have under active thryroid and on75mg , muscle aches blood in urine , which I'm waiting to be seen but I don't know what th attacks are ? I can have between 1-5 a day and seems to be when I'm more relaxing ? Any ideas ? Also taking a vitamin d supplement I am female age 43 weigh 13 stone and 5 ft 3
