I Have A Fibroadenoma On My Left Breast Diagnosed With

I have a fibroadenoma on my left breast diagnosed with mammogram and sonogram, no biopsy. It did not hurt nor cause discomfort at first, but after 4 months now, it has grown and over the last 2 weeks it started to cause some pain on the right side only of the lump itself. Should I get a 2nd opinion?
