I Have A Fibroid On The Outside, Top Of My

I have a fibroid on the outside, top of my uterus. My uterus lining has thickened to 2.Something, ultrasound also said I have calcification on my cervix.
I am post menopausal haven't bled in about 9 years now but my ovaries have started hurting regularly as if I were having my period but don't. The pain is the same for a few days each month yet they can't see my ovaries.
What does this mean please?
