I Have A Five Year Old Little Boy That Got

I have a five year old little boy that got kicked in his private area about 2 hours ago. I saw three little specks of dried blood in his underwear. He freaked and wouldn't let me see the rest of him. Is it normal to have bleeding? And he also still acts like it hurts.
