I Have A Flesh Like Raisin Growing In The Back

I have a flesh like raisin growing in the back of my throat. I had my tonsils removed when i was 7. I am now 18. I have constant dry mouth and dry throat. Behind where my right tonsil would be is a small growth the size of a raisin that is a little more orange than the rest of my mouth. There is also what feels like a small lump at the base of my throat below where an adams apple should be. Its painful, burning, hard to swollow, i get dizzy and faint, tire really easily, sometimes get cold sweats, i also have swollen lympth nodes on each side of my neck under my jaw. What do you think this could be?
