I Have A Fluid Cyst On The Right Hip Joint

I have a fluid cyst on the right hip joint had mri showing that emg no spinal stenosis, physical therapy but the doc wont do surgery because I have good range of motion. I decided to try chiropratic adjustment . I have had two done on my neck and hip. is that wise to do.? I have also had cortisone injections that don't help.
