I Have A Fluid Pocket In The White In My

I have a fluid pocket in the white in my right eye. My eye became red and irritated from cat allergies and within an hour or so a fluid pocket developed. I can rub my eye and it doesnt hurt but is uncomfortable to blink. What is it? How can I get rid of it?
