I Have A Fluttering Noise/sensation I My Left Ear. I

I have a fluttering noise/sensation I my left ear. I am also getting a light headed sensation. Fluttering started Thursday. Today I had an interruption to my vision, light got very bright and I got dizzy and dizzy vision for scott a second. Fluttering is intermittent but more often when sitting. I have been taking antihistamines for services and thought I might have mucous that isn't draining. Picked up Sudafed took it about 2 hours ago. So far no relief
