I Have A Friend 86 That Just Went Through A

I have a friend 86 that just went through a small intestant surgery 40 days ago... she is recovering but she cannot eat and spits up brown liquid and has nausea... she is still in hospital and getting weaker each day... they say everything is ok but no one will do a scope to see what is going on... can you give me any suggesstions. she has a bad gal bladder and they have a tube draning liquid from it...
