I Have A Friend In Her 90s....takes About 5mg Sink

I have a friend in her 90s....takes about 5mg sink a day. Sh has a “bad” leg and fractured her wrist and swears if she doesn’t take it she can’t get around....when she does, goes around like crazy. Is this a placebo effect or really working? She’s a tough sassy gal and I dearly love her.
