I Have A Friend That I Am Very Much Concerned

I have a friend that I am very much concerned about. Oct. 2017 this person had a gastric bypass done and has suffered ever since. Her last surgrey was to repair a ruptured intestine with the placement of a mesh over the hole. She is still having trouble with her intestine area. My suggestion is to redo the surgrey, but this time remove the ruptured part completely, then reattach the two ends of intestine so the inside of the intestine is smooth.
