I Have A Friend That Had Cancer And Lost Her

I have a friend that had cancer and lost her hair. about 98%. I saw on TV an ad about taking xeljanz for arthritis. Also that the Dr.s noticed that people that lost their hair due to illnesses, the people taking this noticed their hair grew back in. The ad on TV stated this was a very safe drug to take and anyone could take it with no side affects. Upon reading about it on your health page it doesn't look to safe. My question is this ad a gimic to get people to buy this product.
