I Have A Friend That Has A Red Rash That

I have a friend that has a red rash that is spreading over his body. He doesn't have a fever, but he's had the rash about 3 days now. It's now starting to itch & he's experiencing some fatigue. He's HIV positive with an undetectable viral load. He's been under stress lately with personal issues such as home & career.
