I Have A Friend That Is In Hospital And They

I have a friend that is in Hospital and they have finally found out that she has CDI, She has had several bouts of bladder infection and perscribed antibiotics. She had a isionopy put in years ago because a Dr punctured her bowel during her hysterectomy. Is this a form of Chrones???
