I Have A Friend That While He Was Preganet Did

I have a friend that while he was preganet did not like the feeling of having a as she called it alien in her body, Felt like it wasn't her body ?
Now husband want a second child and she doesn't want to get pregante due to that feeling of something growning in her.
Is this depression of some type?
