I Have A Friend Who Does Not Live Near Me,

I have a friend who does not live near me, and the doctors he is seeking aren’t doing much to help. Just a few days ago he suffered from 4 seizures in one day without history of seizures. He had another the next day... and just yesterday evening, he had another seizure and is now in the hospital. He isn’t waking up. He’s unconscious and the doctors don’t think it’s a coma, so I’m confused about what to expect. He’s recently gone through a lot of stress, and he always has. He also experiences substance abuse, with drugs. I’m really worried and I hope he wakes up. The doctors he’s seeing apparently aren’t very great at what they do. He does not have epilepsy that I know of. I just need some help or advice on what to expect.
