I Have A Friend Who Has Been Living With These

I have a friend who has been living with these symptoms. She gets migrane headaches all the time, 3-4 days a week. She also will get cold and her feet and fingers turn blue. She is 36 yrs old and about 130lbs, and no children. No surgeries, no other health issues. I don't even know what kind of doctor she should see. Is this something that can be resolved or is this something that she just has to live with. Sounds like a circulation problem to me.
