I Have A Friend Who Has Kidnry N Liver Failure

I have a friend who has kidnry n liver failure due to drinking and has hep c..he has been throwing up blood and pooping it as well..he has thrown up I would say three gallons of stuff....what could this mean he has been losing blood somewhere for a few months on inside they do nothin about it..plz help
