I Have A Friend Who Is In Constant Pain From

I have a friend who is in constant pain from a tear in her back lower disc L5/S1. She was prescribed Lyrica, but had a reaction to it, she woke up confused, she is taking Panadiene F instead and hasn't taken any in two days, can you advise her please.
