I Have A Friend Who Lives In A Different State

I have a friend who lives in a different state than I do. We were messaging and she told me that her heart rate was 100bpm, higher than normal, while lying in bed and that she was shaking. I asked if she had anyone who could take her to the doctor and she said no. I haven't heard from her in almost an hour. Should I be worried?
