I Have A Friend Who Might Be Not Be Able

I have a friend who might be not be able to survive because of the chemical burn. She's been fighting for stage IV inflammatory breast cancer for a more than a year now which has been extremely hard for her but she has a very positive & good spirit so whatever the protocol or treatment plan the doctor says, she followed. The last 3 chemotherapy she received, is when the chemical burn came out all over her body. She's currently at ICU and started to have organs failure. I wonder what could they done wrong?
