I Have A Friend Who Shoot Up Meth And Has

I have a friend who shoot up meth and has yellow stringy goo coming out of his eye. I'm concerned about this. I'm so worried about him doing this and for his eye to be doing this also is a big concern. Can this drug cause that to happen? Also can't using this drug cause fluid to build up around your heart? I don't know much about this drug only what I have read on the Internet. I would just like to know some truth about this drug. Sorry I didn't know I had to pay to get an answer. Can't afford it.
